After nearly three years of talking about it, we finally got a decent grill. And I have a new favorite food. If you have access to a grill, I implore you to try this.
Oh, I've tried it. And tried it, and tried it, and tried it! So good. We made it for Mom and Dad when they visited us in May, and they liked it so well that Mom made it for Father's Day. Bust was a particular fan--no surprises there.
We make it for missionaries all the time, and it was the requested last meal for one of our favorite elders before he was transferred.
So, what I'm saying is: thanks for sharing this and making me feel popular.
