Today was my favorite day of our trip. We went to Water World.
Having lunch in our car, during the thunderstorm that threatened to ruin our whole day...
Six hours later. The rain cleared up shortly after lunch, the crowds gave up, and we spent a great day riding water slides and playing in the wave pool.
Sometimes rain is our friend. Our Lagoon day this year started off with a mad dash into Smith's en route to buy all the plastic rain ponchos on the shelf. It was DUMPING! But about a half hour after buying our tickets, the rain eased off and we were left with an empty park on a cool day. Nirvana.
