SNOW DAY!
The blizzard of '13 started sunday evening at six, tapered off for a couple of hours and then dumped non-stop until three in the afternoon on monday. According to our local weatherman, we got 19 inches of snow, amid hurricane-strength winds. Some parts of our yard we can still see the grass, and others have 4-5 foot drifts. Luckily school cancellations were posted on sunday night, so we didn't even have to set our alarms for monday. Even Jeff got a snow day. He was all dressed for work when he got the call that NOBODY was in the ER and he could just stay home. Awesome!
This picture was taken by Jeff, who was much funner today than me, and actually went out to play with the kids.
What the...?? We haven't had a single flake. In fact, we are crazy busy with baseball practices. This doesn't even seem like the same planet, let alone the same state!
