When my kids are sick, I look forward to the time when they start to act like themselves again. It makes me feel like things are back to normal. I was looking for regular Sydney today, but she still wasn't there. The fog of the sedation had worn off, but the swelling and pain started today. She's on two antibiotics, two pain medications, and a tooth/gum cleaner. In all, she takes medicine eight times a day, with pain relief added in whenever needed. Blah.
