Bailey has been anxiously awaiting the cooler weather so she could start wearing her fall clothes.  The 60 degree weather finally came this week.  She picked this outfit when we were school shopping in August.  I found the same one in Brynn's size.  Bailey was thrilled!

Brynn was grumping when I was trying to make dinner, so I plopped her in the high chair.  Bailey helped by reading her stories. The headphones are so she could hear herself read over Brynn's cries.

This is usually the look Brynn gives me when I try to feed her baby food.  She is not a fan.

Friday Night Lights!  The high school homecoming game was this weekend.  I took all the kids, but the older girls spent the night with their friends.  If you ever get a chance to go to a football game with Bailey, do it!  She made this sign and proudly held it up every touchdown.  Of course, I had to tell her when we scored the touchdowns.

The homecoming mums were out in impressive force this year.  These ones lit up and blinked!

Making the traditional conference weekend pies.

Erik finally convinced Ryan to play an NFL football video game with him.  As they are nine and ten years old, there's lots of trash talking, "In the house!" and "All day long!"  Here Ryan won on the final play of the game.

A new thing to lick.  Once she discovers those huge tags, she'll never want to get out.
