  We once went to a friend's house for dinner and they had a rule in their house that you couldn't eat in the living room unless you had a college degree.  Really it was just their way of keeping the kids from making a mess.  Or maybe it was to motivate their kids to go to college.  Jeff likes to tell our kids that we have the same rule.  But I'm not sure a college degree keeps the mess off of our couch.
